Each year, we raise funds through our annual community campaign to support all United Way of Tompkins County (UWTC) programs and services for the next fiscal year, which runs from July 1 to June 30. Every dollar we raise for the United Tompkins Impact Fund is used to benefit the community, according to how each impact partner uses those funds. You can also designate your gift to specific programs. See our list of Impact Partners for more information on their funded programming. We also support Tompkins County’s mission-driven organizations by passing on donor-designated funds, and we provide programs and services to strengthen the sector, including bringing together community groups to find local solutions for local needs.
Our annual campaign includes giving from our community members, both as individuals and through their workplace giving campaigns, and from businesses and other organizations, which either invest in our programs or support our administrative operations by becoming a Cornerstone Partner.
