Healthy Community
Improving health and well-being for all.
- 35,494 Individuals received access to providers and services that respect and value their identities.
- 20,658 Individuals received nutritious meals or components of nutritious meals to promote well-being and decrease food insecurity.
- 15,120 Individuals experiencing marginalization received appropriate services supporting self-determination and the ability to thrive.
- 14,776 Individuals gained access to services and support addressing systemic discrimination or inequities.
- 3,787 Individuals received ongoing, consistent quality health care, including mental health care.
- 2,233 Individuals with immediate physical and mental health needs received quality care promptly.
Youth Opportunity

- 30,695 Children and youth will have safe environments that promote healthy development.
- 21,708 Parents, caretakers, and guardians will more effectively support children’s wellness and development.
- 20,618 Children will be developmentally ready to enter kindergarten.
- 1,920 Households will receive quality, culturally informed childcare services, including full-time, part-time, or before- and after-school services.
- 1,244 Children and/or Youth will have access to health, including mental health support services, to promote their advancement.

- 18,015 Youth and adults will gain skills in self-sufficiency and decision-making.
- 3,108 Individuals will receive transportation services to access health and human services, work, and learning opportunities.
