People from throughout the County receive needed and quality services through a family of 43 member organizations: 25 Partner Agencies, 7 Affiliate Agencies and 11 Community Councils.   WHO WE ARE Along with you and residents across Tompkins County, we are the United Way. United Way’s staff is comprised of 5 full-time employees and 2 part-time employees. United Way’s longevity and success is the result of committed, caring and talented volunteers. Today over 2000 volunteers give to Tompkins County through United Way.
