Leadership giving, by individuals, makes a difference and has always been a substantial portion of every campaign. These gifts have enabled United Way to respond to the changing conditions and emerging needs in our community. As community needs become more pressing, the call for leadership and leadership giving increases. When gifts or combined gifts of a spouse or partner, amounts to $600 or more, givers may choose to have their name(s) appear in our yearly publications or to remain anonymous. There are four levels of the Livermore Society, summarized below, while those who give $10,000 or more become members of the national Alexis de Tocqueville Society.
