How to Donate

DONATE NOW

Donors have several choices when completing their pledge card (with payroll deduction options) or online donation. 100% of gifts directed to United Way of Tompkins County's Community Care Fund, targeted impact areas of care, forty-three (43) member organizations, special initiatives, or another United Way, will go directly to benefit those programs and services.

Through our Community Care Fund, your gift will have the greatest impact when combined with others to help United Way's Partner Organizations by building Strong People Strong Families Strong Communities.

Donors can direct their gifts to the targeted impact areas of care, which help to address issues facing our community through the Urgent Rx Prescription Program and Hunger and Food Security Programs. The Basic Needs Fund will support requests for assistance with Housing and Utilities.

Some contributors choose to direct their gifts to non-member 501(c)(3) health and human service organizations of their choice. These designations are charged a nominal processing fee by United Way of Tompkins County, not to exceed 2% of the total gift amount.
